Shipping & Liability

Byontale is not liable for goods lost or damaged by third-party shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, AN Post, or other delivery services.

However, in cases where your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we may offer a discretionary refund. Any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
